Are you surprised? Its been like it for weeks now. Performances getting worse by the week if that's remotely possible.

Tonight’s game will go into Forest folklore and be remembered for years to come but for all the wrong reasons. I think it was Dyche passing over the Rubricon. There will be no return for him and he is now a dead man walking as regards the Forest managers job. We worked so hard to get back into europe for the first time in 30 years. We played a team not as good as Wrexham, with up to 12,000 fans going Portugal to watch them in appalling weather and play so poorly we deserved to lose. This was Dyche’s Stoke City moment but on a grander scale.

Whats really pissed me off is last time in Europe was 30 years ago, we had a pretty average team, very few star players and Jason Lee and Paul Mcgregor up top. But at least we gave it a bloody good go.
This time it looks like a whimper and we may never get another chance in my lifetime.

I’ve not read the previous pages so apologies if this has been said before but-

If MGW could take penalties, it’s almost certain we would be in 5th place on 16 points and almost certain to go through automatically. And we’d be there having used our second string. Fine margins.

I thought the game was dire today but we controlled it until the minute of madness.
Uninspiring but was doing a job.

Then MGW missed. Yet again….
How many times have we pleaded never again?
Surely now we have to pull him and give CHO the job. Or Lucca.

This isn’t on Dyche. At least not entirely.

I think Anderson/Neco/Wood should all be ahead of him to take pens, sadly none of those were on the field. Realistically Luiz was the best on the field at pens but would you have been happy seeing him step up there?!

We couldn't exactly give it to Bakwa or Mcatee. Think of those on the field it had to be MGW really, hopefully if the others above are there for the next one it won't have to be

What an absolute S**t show that was.

I was out all day and watched on catchup. Told all my buddies not to let me know the score.
DROSS describes that performance.
MGW has missed 40% of penalties.

I didn't want Dyche but I thought he turned it around and I began to believe V Liverpool...but no....S**t football yet again.
Can't articulate how dreadful this brand of football is.
4 managers in a season a real possibility.

Would last night be our worst ever performance and result in a European tie. I can’t remember a worse one.

You’ve already forgotten about Midtjylland?
