The players aren’t buying in to Dyche and his methods.

So how did he win seven of the first twelve?  

They purportedly didn’t buy into Ange’s methods either. 

What’s the constant in all this?

Many of those wins were in the Europa league against teams of questionable quality. Malmo Utrecht and Sturm Graz who we only drew with were championship standard at best. Scraped a win at Wolves who were terrible at the time but hadn’t won a game all season until today. Great win at Liverpool but they were struggling at the time. Spurs we played well. Some of the defeats have been awful performances. Today was bad but not the worst. Both Everton games we were dreadful, Bournemouth the same. The performances are getting worse under Dyche. Anderson and Murillo levels have dropped and even Neco as started to make mistakes.

Ando and Neco I think is solely down to fatigue. Murillo seems like he can’t be arsed at the moment. Wonder if CHO is injured???

Liverpool, Spurs and Man City were great, though it was sides that came out to play against us and thought they would come out on top.

The sides that sat back allowed Dyche to choose how to attack, and it was one-dimensional and unsuccessful. Wolves, Fulham, Everton twice.

Basically the more influence Dyche has the worse we’ve got.

I was firmly in the camp of resting them for today so they’re fresh for Tuesday. Bad decision to play them again. It’s not like they look like they’re enjoying it.

Same, surely you have to make changes against West Ham now due to the performance and fatigue so you're not going to have your best team out for that game. Or you play your best team that is knackered. Feels like an obvious mistake.

Yeh hes got a knock.
Touch and go for Tuesday.
Currently him and Omari our best wide options.
And with both West Ham’s first choice fullbacks at AFCON, we can target those areas.

The photo isn’t at Villa unless they have suddenly put a running track around their pitch.

I like Dyche, I want him to succeed and am prepared to give him time. He got off to a start that exceeded all of our expectations and a few backward steps are inevitable.

However a few things have really narked me last few games. One is not taking any responsibility for the clueless performance vs Everton and the tactics he used. Second is a minor point but optics are important and played a part in his appointment to begin with. I liked he left it to the players to take credit after the first few wins. But after a defeat I expect him to acknowledge the support especially away from home, not to just disappear down the tunnel, again its about responsibility and he isnt showing it.

The post match interview was a bit “we told them what to do but they made mistakes” for my liking. I like to see managers take responsibility.

Fair SM but perhaps Dyche is just as pee’d off as the rest of us. We can question his tactics etc but is it really his and his coaching teams fault when we keep conceding soft/silly goals especially just before or just after HT? That for me is on the players. Too many underperforming so called star players at present and too few of them taking responsibility imo.
