To be fair to EM, we made a quantum leap when we got promoted and needed to buy quantity.

Then after last season, we had a similar quantum leap needing both better and more players to go deep into Europe and fight on two fronts.

Maybe Scott Bakula might be in the frame for manager next season if we did get into the Champions League.

I loved that show at the time, I see they also made a remake a few years ago.
