McCoist and fletch pointed out sangares non existence today
You’d hope he’ll get them in tomorrow and start the real work, try some things against Swansea and hopefully show something against Burnley

Swansea, Burnley, Betis, Sunderland, Mjbdvdhjdland.
Five games to get back in the groove and then stick it up the mags.

A very disappointing performance to start the new era under Ange losing easily to Arsenal. Simply no identity at all (not Ange or Nunos) players looked lost.
The less said about our full-backs, the better, but Morato should never play left back again. Why they didnt buy a proper right back to back up Aina i dont know, as the full backs were all over the place. Sangaré had another awful game, and some of our key players like Hudson-Odoi, Wood, and MGW were completely anonymous. Murillo limping off is a concern, if ends up out like Aina. On a positive note, Bakwa looks like a real talent. Big Ange has his work cut out for him and has to learn fast as this isn’t good enough. We go again.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion - COYR :)

Must admit, I'm a little worried. Could have accepted defeat today but both the performance and the defeat to west ham have a few alarm bells ringing. Why oh why we insist on playing Sangare I do not know. It's not scapegoating if we are a player down in the middle of the park - he might be fine in Europe but he offers nothing in these games in what is a pivotal position. I'd rather Yates start but why are we not seeing Douglas luiz - is there an issue.

Sangare has done absolutely nothing to justify starting. Nothing. And MGW needs dropping too.
The injuries at the back are a huge worry, especially if Murillo is out for a while. Not a surprise to lose to Arsenal, they’ll thump plenty more teams this season, but the performance (again) was a massive disappointment.

Nottingham Forest generated just 0.18(xG) today.
Lower than any game under Nuno Espírito Santo.

And Arsenal had 1.6 xG on my app. The performance was uninspiring but to lose 3-0 and 1.6-0.18 on xG measure away to Arsenal in your first match when a bunch of players only arrived at the club on Thursday after internationals and we were missing a proper fullback? Not so bad is it? Pretty similar to last season at the Emirates.

We have to start considering that losing any game 3-0 is not acceptable. We have an expensive squad and quality players now. No matter how good Arsenal are, we shouldn't be losing 3-0. Even at 0-0 we never looked like we would get a result.

Relax....his first game in charge with possibly only 2 training sessions with players returning from international duty so some of them only maybe getting one. I can imagine the pelters he would have had if he had started Mcatee, Hutchinson, Bakwa, Luiz ,Savona etc and still lost.
it will take time for the players to adapt but they are professional footballers, they will come good, I'm sure. I have faith in EM and Ange is his pick, he has my full support despite the poor stats. This was Arsenal after all not some Championship cloggers.

at worries me is that Anderson looked very frustrated when not receiving the ball when he felt he was available. Playing for England may have spoiled his expectations of what his teammates can do! Another reason for getting Luiz in quick
