Premier League and Manchester City have reached a settlement over Associated Party Transaction rules. No idea if it'll mean any changes to those rules in the future.

so essentially they got away with it again..

What a load of bollocks. I see no verdict about the 115 charges at all.

Chelsea given 74 charges by the FA relating to agent payments and third party ownership of players spanning several years.

So another saga like Man City which will never get resolved.

Oh it’ll get resolved and probably quite quickly. The BBC reporting of it when mentioning potential punishments refers to Chelsea’s high level of co-operation and self reporting will likely be factored in. In other words the FA will probably say it was under a previous regime, give them a hefty fine and call it quits.  What should happen if they are guilty is be stripped of all titles won during that period as they wouldn’t have likely had some of those players if they had stuck to the rules, fined heavily and face a transfer ban but that won’t happen.

Yes Im sure they will get a steep fine possibly running to millions and everyone will go Ooh aren’t the FA tough! Except Chelsea received approx £314 million in transfer fees this summer alone. That club could literally afford to heat their offices but burning wads of £10 notes.

The pitch for the South Africa vs. Nigeria match was apparently appalling. Certainly won't have helped.
