Its a blow seeing Aina out, id expect Neco to revert to right back and after Arsenal Zinchenko to take up the left back swap, unless Savona comes in and plays a blinder tomorrow.

I googled it. For injury greater than 28days the club gets compensation; no compensation for the first 28 days, then salary covered for days affected after that. Money comes from a FIFA pot, and it’s capped per year. That pot will need topping up with their ridiculous calendar.
Sorry if this offends, but avoid signing African players if possible. The timing and frequency of that tournament and the inability of their associations to provide top level of player care is a liability.
