A lot of rumours on Twitter tonight (so could be nothing), that Nuno’s gone.
Odd timing if true.
Maybe peace talks didn’t work, but leaving it until 5 days before Arsenal when they’ve had the rest of the break until now, just feels off.
Even if he hasn’t gone and it’s not true, it’s starting to feel inevitable.

The end of last season exposed all the weakness of Nuno...........when push comes to shove he does not have it.

Well I’m not surprised really given the way it came to a head and frankly at least it’s a clean sever.
Football wise, he was doing a good job I thought, but I also said that about Cooper and that turned out ok when he left. Fingers crossed Marinakis knows what he’s doing! Evidence suggests he does which is rather comforting.

The way we used the subs against West Ham showed he wanted to get sacked in my view.

So sad about this, until March, last season was the best for me since 94/95. (Promotion season was of course incredible, too.)
I never thought I’d see the day again that we’d beat Liverpool away, beat United and Spurs home and away, beat City and qualify for Europe. Beyond my dreams.
But post March, our form was awful. Leicester at home was almost unforgivable (not sure I’ll ever fully recover from that shock). The outbursts in the media. Seemingly downing tools vs West Ham. There was just no coming back from that.
I truly gutted, but not surprised.
