He did absolutely nothing to effect the game. Well actually that's not right - he did the wrong thing. If your main playmaker is having the shocker that MGW did today and you've got another on the bench then change it. Not stick the sub on out wide when you've got a wide man on the bench too.

I don't think it is this performance: since that first interview with sky and then the press conference he has given off vibes that he wants out. You can always excuse a bad performance but with the events of the last two weeks - his refusal to make changes... It feels like the guy wants out but won't quit.

It just feels like he's gone rogue and has put his ego and his interests above those of the club.

He made all the wrong decisions. Doesnt change the incredible progress that the club has made since he came in. 2 weeks ago against Brentford was the best football I’ve seen us play in a long time. Every team has a very bad day every now and then and unfortunately we have just had one

My issue is he did nothing to stop it being a bad day. If he'd subbed MGW and Sangare at half time and we'd still lost at least he'd have tried. They were both so poor today and it's not like we don't have the options on the bench now but he didn't use them.

His subs were odd but I think it is a very dangerous suggestion that Nuno would be trying to get himself sacked. Of course it is not impossible but I find it far more likely that he has been frustrated with Edu, seen some sacking rumours, and gone public with his frustrations without thinking it through. There is so much going on inside of the club that we do not know about, the best information we get are from journalists who get fed info from certain people and love spinning their own agenda on it. Accusing Nuno of career suicide is far fetched imo
