So media says. But if it's what has been rumoured - about the hard deadline date and so on - then it's not in the least bit compelling.
TBF Palace are hardly going to say they have naff evidence and judging by Parish’s delusional PR stunts to date he probably does think they have compelling evidence and an exceptional case. That said, I’m sure we probably felt similar with the PSR breach. Personally, I don’t care what Parish or the guy from Sky reckons. I just want CAS to make a decision so we can all finally move on.

Palace deserve the Europa League and Forest don't.
If we end up getting it we are very lucky.
One thing we can all agree with though is what a shit show this entire process is.

Wouldn’t surprise me if someone tries to claim they know the outcome. Especially some of the so called itk’s on X. Probably have a few media outlets giving their thoughts as fact too.

I'm not to sure that we don't deserve it too, 65 points got you a europa league place 8 out of the last 10 seasons.

Totally disagree that Palace deserve it. The team might but it's a CLUB and part of that club screwed up. Also you could argue that, with Dean Henderson avoiding what should've been a red card, the team don't deserve it either.

By that logic Forest didn’t deserve to be promoted due to John Moss. And we should have won the cup in 91. Etc etc.
Palace should be in the Europa, possibly deserve to be. They aren’t. Rules are rules is rubbish because all PL clubs look to bend or get round rules if they can, blind trusts ,selling hotels etc.
Individual clubs fight for the best outcome for themselves, its the way it goes. Sometimes it works out for us (promotion, maybe Europa leage,) sometimes it doesn’t (PSR deduction).
Its basically unfair but not as unfair as being a Morecombe or Wednesday fan.

I'll reply to everyone in one go.
If 65 points was good enough 8 of the past 10 seasons all that means is that 6 other clubs deserved it more who finished with more than 65 points.
If Palace lose this appeal then we get the spot and that's fine because it's gone to appeal but we don't deserve it and we would be lucky. It's definitely not something we are entitled to.
If the decision is upheld then it would be harsh on the Palace fans and first team set up ect but I agree the club would be at fault for their mismanagement.
But we would still be lucky to get the spot because we don't deserve it.
