Minutes in the legs, second half side looked decent in terms of shape and movement. MGW looked like a guy who really cares. No injuries so an excellent work out. I was surprised how physical and competitive Fulham were in such a meaningless game. Then again, they have a much bigger squad fighting to impress manager I suppose.

Overall a really good run out.

Sangare was a stand out for me on Saturday night I thought. If he carries on in that vein then that'll be a massive bonus for us. He looked a class above the rest.

He looks good and sharp and I like the way we had a double threat up front. Wonder if Nuno will be tempted to play him and Wood together?

We shouldn't forget he's mid way through his season so is probably much fitter than the rest, currently.

Playing 4-4-2 with midfield diamond first half. Definitely a pre season friendly game. A bit disjointed and no real intensity. But it's all about minutes and fitness so can't really be surprised. Would have liked us to have worked the GK a bit. Only one shot on goal which was a grass cutter from Yates. Still a couple of mins left in this half.
