Don't understand how Forest are getting the blame, Say for example Villa finished 7th, Villa would have got Europa themselves because of this conflict of interest.

I spent a good hour the other night watching Textor on Talksport youtube. He was useless and gave the impression that the control of the club is not rigid and strict and that the board members just leave it to Parrish to get on with things and run the club. Now that might be so, but you need more than a 'this is how we do things' to persuade a court of law there's no control/influence.

I thought conference was more suitable for us in all honestly, especially with squad rotation, although it's nice to get a bump and some bigger names at the CG.

I have to say I was feeling a bit sorry for Palace.
But then I remembered how my son went to their academy a few years ago. They treated him like shit and destroyed his self confidence. He’s never been the same again. So f*** ‘em.

I’ve just had a look at the Europa league sides and we should at minimum be in the play-offs (9th-24th) at the end of the league stage.
Can’t say much more without seeing our transfer business, but we should still be in the mix come Jan transfer window (the group stage didn’t finish until Jan 30th last season).

Textor's purchaser, Woody Johnson, has been approved by the Premier League meaning the sale of shares can now go ahead. I wonder if that changes the dynamic of Palace's appeal?

UEFA emailed Palace in February about complying with MCO rules before the March deadline. Textor confirmed this on talksport & said they paid no attention to it.
That reason CAS rejected the Irish clubs appeal was they were warned prior about needing to put clubs into a blind trust by the deadline & ignored it.

Steve Parish says on Sky there is no MCO with Lyon and he didn’t know anyone at Lyon or anyones number there before all this. So he didn’t know John Textor then?

Do CAS have the power to overrule UEFA? I.e. if CAS were to side with Palace would UEFA be bound by that or could they ignore it?
