I spent a good hour the other night watching Textor on Talksport youtube. He was useless and gave the impression that the control of the club is not rigid and strict and that the board members just leave it to Parrish to get on with things and run the club. I’ve just had a look at the Europa league sides and we should at minimum be in the play-offs (9th-24th) at the end of the league stage.

UEFA emailed Palace in February about complying with MCO rules before the March deadline. Textor confirmed this on talksport & said they paid no attention to it.

That reason CAS rejected the Irish clubs appeal was they were warned prior about needing to put clubs into a blind trust by the deadline & ignored it.

Do CAS have the power to overrule UEFA? I.e. if CAS were to side with Palace would UEFA be bound by that or could they ignore it?
