Have they said when appeal date may be? You never know Palace might just accept the punishment as they still have some Europe rather than being kicked out altogether. Nah course they’ll appeal.

Not counting my chickens yet but it'd be odd for CAS to overturn this decision when they didn't for Drogheda and whoever else it was.

Nobody has an ownership appeal upheld at CAS. I don't fancy palaces chances to be fair.

No chance CAS overturns

If you own 42% of the shares of course you have influence !

The money that bought the shares had been invested into the club and therefore influenced the club
