Or kept a dignified silence?

Did Brightons owner have to do what EM was told he had to do (and did) by UEFA.

If you put your financial hat on, EM stands to make more money in a more prestigious format perhaps? That would be justification imo

Palace will 100% figure it out with UEFA. They just need to hurry up sorting it out.

Textor has been pissing off UEFA with one thing and another for quiet a while now.

Lyon had a transfer ban and might get another one.

Now Burnley are claiming that Botafogo owe them 5M.

Textor is the problem not Crystal Palace as such.

Palace are not getting kicked out according to talksport. Textor doesn't have a controlling stake. So they stay on europa

As expected indeed.

But I feel slightly disappointed in the competition we ended up in all over again.

At least we know where we stand and we can get on with getting ready for next season.

If EM treats him as a useful idiot that’s fine.

If he is seen as a regular business acquaintance that’s more worrying.

No decision has been made yet.

I expect Palace to stay in but since when have we believed anything that Talksport say?
