He's their only world class player now. I dont know why he's hanging around there, they're doing nothing for years now and he should be playing in a top side.

I'd take it, win the Europa next year and qualify for CL that way. Easy.

This snippet from an article on Football365 suggests we *will* be in the Europa League if Chelsea are 6th and win the Conference League and we're 7th.

"If Chelsea finish sixth with anyone other than Newcastle seventh, England will end up with six teams in the Champions League, three in the Europa League and none in the Conference."

Yeah this is correct, it's because the extra European spot for England for doing well (EPS) isn't counted until everything else is sorted. So Chelsea would qualify via the Conference League and the extra spot bumps everything down one.

If Chelsea finish 7th and win Conference League, same thing happens with the Conference League spot, it would go to the team in 8th.

I think we’ll win but I also think Everton finished their season last weekend and I’d feel more confident about Villa dropping points against Southampton or Leicester than I do about United getting anything.

BUT stranger things have happened. And right now, I’d be absolutely delighted with Europa League.

Would take it without question. Europa very good competition, even if we don’t win we could go a long way, think its the right level.
As brilliant as CL would be, suspect we would take some batterings and likely go out in the group stage.

We are going to need at least a draw on Sunday to get there, I would be absolutely delighted though.
