Thought Villa have Man U away, surely thats still a tough game on paper? Then looked at Utds form. Unbelievably they haven’t won in the league since March 16th when they beat Leicester.

United fan here. If we beat Totts on Wednesday then we will 100% at least get a draw, last game of season at Old Trafford. We're not as bad as form suggests. They know when they have to turn up.
That means u win, Chelsea drop out. Top 5 will be liv, ars, city, newcastle, and you 'orrible lot.

Let’s hope so! I saw a bit of the Friday match and Utd seemed to be ok, unlike Spurs who made no effort to beat Villa. So I’ll have Man Utd for the cup then do us a favour next weekend please!

We're good for a draw, but your Chelsea game is a beast. Least it makes the last weekend interesting, good luck.

A draw won’t be enough if we beat Chelsea for any of Newcastle, Villa or Chelsea. Sneaky feeling Bournemouth get something at City too!

If Bournemouth beat city they moved to 8th last game of the season with only Leicester to beat last day

I’ve not watched the game but losing isak today must have knocked the wind out of their sails

Fulham came back after leading then going behind to beat Brentford, they also know a win against Man City could lift them to 8th although Brighton are up against on the beach Liverpool before all this so who knows…

Genuine question.... what does 8th do for any of them?

Conference if Chelsea come 7th but win the conference?

Next week is going to be carnage!

Come on Bournemouth! City are shaky.... could easily see them lose to both Bournemouth and Fulham!

Villa away at United isn't easy..... United looked ok ish against Chelsea.

Newcastle will not enjoy having to beat Everton!

If we beat Chelsea, I think we'll be top 5. Very big if though, I am questioning our mentality a bit in the pressure moments. But..... Chelsea will be playing to win and under pressure.... that will play into our hands!
Chelsea have a young side, we need to make it hostile and wind them up.
They won’t fancy it

Hmm - so it looks like Chelsea finishing 6th and winning the Conference League *wouldn't* give us a Europa League place if we finished 7th - we'd still be in the Conference League.

The only two scenarios now in which 8th gets into Europe would need either Chelsea to finish 7th and win the Conference League or them to finish 6th, Newcastle to finish 7th and Chelsea to win the Conference League. And in either of those scenarios we'd be in the top 6 at worst.

I think you have misread that. Chelsea finish 6th plus conference league does give 7th Europa. 8th gets nothing

You're absolutely right - it says so on the tweet underneath. D'oh!

Boys were going to beat Chelsea on Sunday, so nothing else matters, Europa League is a minimum reward.
