If that happens and one or more of the others drop points we might still finish CL.

If we get 4 points and Villa lose at Fulham we are in the Europa League.
If that happens and City also lose their last two games we are in the CL.

If we don’t get more than 3 points from the last two games we are in the conference.

Unless Chelsea finish 6th AND win the Conference League - in which case I think I'm right in saying that their 6th place for the League passes to us and England has no Conference League representation.

Not sure sausage….
The latest ‘race for Europe’ article on the PL website implies the league position overrides a conference cup win and an extra European berth is only created if Chelsea finish 7th; and we would therefore be above them and in the Europa anyway.

Let’s see where we are after 4pm today

I'm not sure either TBH - I saw someone else on here post it.

Not that I see us getting 2 wins!

Lets just win today.

Then on the last day anything can happen.

Absolutely this.

Makes today massive and nerves could then have a big part to play for several teams on the final day.

It’s all still to play for if we can win and I’d love us to be a late member of the cartel, rather than the brave upstarts who just miss out.

I’m hoping the Taiwo factor gives them all an early season shot of adrenaline.

So we go to the last day still in with a chance.

Nobody has mentioned it but Arsenal could actually miss out on CL.

All we can do is beat Chelsea and hope we get a bit of luck with other results going our way.

Come on Arsenal!!!

This is all going to be decided in injury time next Sunday isn’t it?

Lets hope the ref and VAR are better than today.

I know its about what we do, agree with everyone who’s said that but couldnt help looking at next weeks fixtures. Thought Villa have Man U away, surely thats still a tough game on paper? Then looked at Utds form. Unbelievably they haven’t won in the league since March 16th when they beat Leicester.

We've actually had a good day! Winning plus Newcastle losing is perfect!

Next week is going to be carnage!

Come on Bournemouth! City are shaky.... could easily see them lose to both Bournemouth and Fulham!

Villa away at United isn't easy..... United looked ok ish against Chelsea.

Newcastle will not enjoy having to beat Everton!

If we beat Chelsea, I think we'll be top 5. Very big if though, I am questioning our mentality a bit in the pressure moments. But..... Chelsea will be playing to win and under pressure.... that will play into our hands!

We can still finish 3rd…..
