I think this has more to do with nerves. Today we definitely bottled it. Took the lead and completely stopped doing what got us there and invited pressure.

On a positive note, - we can't finish below 7th so europe next season. But champions league... not sure now.

So we are at home against a team that another poster likened to Exeter City, Champions league on the line and we bottle it. Poor lads. Great that we are in Europe but could be so much more. Em doesn't look pleased with Nuno.....

We can enjoy being in Europe another day. Today we threw it away, bad defending at times and bad management 2nd half. Literally everyone was saying we needed to attack more not play for the 2-1.

It's a tough one to take today.

Perhaps its a mental issue, perhaps the players give up when they see defensive subs coming on. But its been the same against Everton, Brentford and now Fester.

I doubt it was Nuno who told the players they'd won when it was 2-1. Got far too complacent and paid the price.

That was really really poor.

I'm not one to join a meltdown but we have been so awful for the last few games since we lost to Villa. Villa performance was good second half, since then we've been so very poor. We have completely bottled it, we are not going to be hearing champions league music at our ground next season. Such a shame from the position we were in. Don't know what's gone wrong but January inactivity is definitely a problem in my opinion.

Yes, still a great season, but this will become a huge regret in my opinion.

I see the razor blades are out, the game against Chelsea has always been the game that decides it all, if Liverpool beat Arsenal then there’s only us and 2nd.

We put our hopes upon spurs and Utd… but next weekend Newcastle could beat Arsenal to go second!
