Tottenham - Nottingham Forest
Nuno has got massive gonads.

Making that chnage at half time took real balls.

He would have been crucified if it had backfired.

Personally I didn't like it though as we were in control and doing just fine as we were.

It felt like they were less of a threat in the first half when they applied pressure knowing we could pick them out on the counter held them back a bit with the press. It paid off though and it's a massive win.

I doubt Toff will get a new contract but if he wants to be a squad player I'd love to give him one. Very competent squad player who brings more towards the culture of the team that we want to keep. It's having these types of personalities that makes us the team that we are.

Felt like a very season defining result last night. The pressure was on after other results and our never given up attitude came through.

So nervy, what a win! Really chuffed this morning. Have to admit to having a bit of a blip after all the other teams we're competing against won this last weekend.

Said before the game that I don't understand why Toff isn't used more. I really do think he is worth keeping around and I'd play him much more. The guy just seems a proper decent bloke and he is talented. Perhaps he just lacks a little bit of pace compared to our ideal but I think he brings enough to justify staying.

Logged on here briefly as we got off the train and walking to the ground.

I really didn’t get the negativity about the team selection or the subs, Toff was the stand out performer at Exeter and it was strange that he hadn’t been given a chance until now due to the injuries etc but Nuno will have had his reasons and got it spot on.

Wouldnt Toff qualify under the homegrown rule for Europe next season? I know he didnt come through our academy, but he wasnt schooled abroad...........was he?

If he does qualify, then he will be an important squad member next season. I personally, dont undwestand how Moreno keeps getting the nod over him TBH. I like Toff. A true professional

Wouldn’t qualify.
Need to have spent 3 yrs in clubs academy.
Only Yates, Abbott in first team squad would qualify

Buying Darlow back as 2nd GK would make a lot of sense.

It was something I suggested months back but think he might have played his way into being first choice at Leeds.

Quite funny that on the Matchday Pass video Toffolo is hidden by the corner flag when he made that clearance.

Also noticed that the players looked really focused even after the final whistle. No wild celebrations. More like 'Yeah that's what we should've done the last two matches.'

Definitely not one ounce of complacency there.

Cracking result. Not a great trip getting home around 2am, up at 6.30 for work.

Thought we did to Spurs what Villa did to us. Won it in 1st 15 minutes or so.

Toff did himself proud.

Best NFL ground in England....rubbish for football though. No atmosphere.

We go again......
