Absolutely crying out for a CF with Pace . When we break at pace we look electric. The CB partnership looks excellent perfect balance , Milenkovic is an absolute bargain for £12M . Anderson looked good as a 8 and swapped with MGW at times that relationship will only grow .
Great cameo by yates again . Sangare decent till yellow card but some of his pass choices are woeful.
I thought even though brief Jota looked lively offered Neco protection and when we broke if Tiawo and Elanga get their heads up and play the pass he has two 1v1’s .

He didn’t have the confidence to use his pace and go past the defender on a couple of opportunities. Hopefully with more training and game time he’ll be back to his best

Tiawo miles off it still i think hes one of those players that has to be 100% fit to be effective. Watching that today Eddie will fit in and work very nicely as he offers that threat in behind giving space to morgan but can also link play well and has the pace to keep up with elanga sosa and CHO

I don't completely agree with the Big T comments but agree that he will need until the international break to get up to speed (if his head is in it). He definitely needs to be at his best to fire.

This game would have been perfect for Nketiah or a number 9 that runs across the back line. I hope that deal gets done because it could be the difference in what type of clear cut chances we create.

A bit of a slow start to the 2nd hlaf but very comfortable otherwise. Thought some of our pass selections in the final third were poor, we could've opened them up time & time again but we picked the wrong pass or played it at the wrong time

Milenkovic brilliant apart from one shanked clearance, Anderson looked good in CM.

Agree on Awoniyi, he moves like the tinman. Hopefully Nketiah or someone with similar pace/movement comes in so Taiwo can get himself 100% fit/sharp

Brilliant Away Day. Thoroughly deserved win. Is that the first time we’ve broke the 20+ shots barrier since coming up. Shaky first 15 minutes of 2nd half but we held out and the chances came again. Clean Sheet. Away Win - that’s what we like. Now to enjoy a nice bank holiday weekend.
