Sniff when Richards had recovered from the fracture you alluded to legal proceedings going on which kept him from playing for us back end of our first promoted season, obviously he went else where last year, for 778 mins over 15 games scoring 1 assist, he wasn’t a starter though until the end of the season and definitely in their playoff mini table.

It just still feels he’s not allowed to be featured in a sanctioned match for Forest yet and just wondered if there was still something going on

So what is likely to happen -

New GK on a 1 in 1 out with Turner
Will Toff stay ?
Will be sign a midfielder to cover Danilo absence
Could do with another CB IMO

Nuno doesn't like a big squad as it is.

Still need another LB and centre back for me. The thing is I see the team and I'm still a bit a loss of it's identity. It's just missing something that will make it from relegation mini league team to lower mid table team.

Moreno, Williams, Aina all are wing back not full backs. Morgan as you say may be better as a Modric style No8 think we would create more opportunities and give us something different.
Agree we are a CB light to play this and not convinced Nuno wants to regardless.

I think the formation he uses will depend somewhat on who we play each week but mainly on what squad we have to draw on. I agree we are still a CB light but I have a sneaking suspicion Nuno likes 3 at the back; maybe he can reinvent MGW and maybe the desire for wingers and forwards who can run in behind is an indication of him building a squad with 3 4 3 in mind.

i do feel he would rather have 3 at the back as well. IF he does then i think he needs to just go for it as the way we push the full backs on at the moment causes to many issues with the flat four. We are more open than spurs to counter attacks.

Sell a midfielder (as would have 6 for two spaces, 7 when the loan comes back) and buy two CB's and just do it. If only that simple however.
