Some stories in the Greek press today that Dias might be moving  to Oympiakos.

This is gaining some momentum ^^

Heard this is almost done, looks like Dias is going.

Shame it didn't work out.  Much promise with the goal scored in pre-season.

That's the gamble with foreign signings that aren't used to the muck and nettles of the Championship.  They either cope or don't.

Players that are athletic, robust, mentally tough and can play a bit?  That's what survives in teh Championship.

It's like the midfielder who moaned after leaving (he didn't get a game, I guess...) who bemoaned the lack of strategy or tactical aspects.

Well. It's not velvet football in the Championship. It's something more visceral. More you're quintessential English football.

A great league to be part of. Hell on Earth to get out of.

I was excited about his signing but in all honesty he has disappointed.

I think that did for him.  You can't pull out of challenges if you want to get into the top 2.  You have to impose yourself which, in fairness, Forest did until Dias came on.

Jack Robinson was really getting into Norwich's face.  Norwich didn't like it.  Then you have someone like Dias who pulls out of challenges and then before you know it, it leads to a couple of goals.

Aitor was culpable for putting him on, though.  

Gon', earlier on in the season, lets a WBA player ghost past him then it's a goal.  He's young, cost a fortune and bigged up on potential...but he can't track back?

It's alright getting Dias and Gon' in...but in the Championship, there's rough and tumble, high octane, high pressing, kicking, tackles, nettles, muck, in your face football.

I suppose many did question whether they would adapt.  I think we just about have our answer.

My only question now is if Martin can get something out of Gon' putting him behind a striker like Grabban or Murphy?  Or if he'll follow Dias out the door.

we have 2 weeks to pull some signings out of the bag.

If he can't tackle in the Championship there's little point him being here.

We need a winger who can go past a player...doesn't shirk his defensive duties, doesn't mind being kicked and can get up and keep going...and score goals.

Some of our fans really need to get a grip.
