Everton - Nottingham Forest

Possibly the worst set of official you could get for a game, no points here even if we score it will be disallowed for some foul that happen 10 years ago and any blatant penalty will NOT be given and at least half the team sent off for not wearing shinguard.

Taylor?

WTF

Yep
Referee - Anthony Taylor
Fourth Official - Keith Stroud
VAR - Stuart Atwell

Sounds brilliant.

Couldn't make it up

Can we object to these appointments and force a change or do we have to accept them?

We could refuse to play and split the points with Everton 1.5 points each and we stay up by that half point end of season!!!!

Looks as if they definitely want one of us to be relegated

Taylor isn’t great but not the worst we have had either.
Hes the one with dodgy and debatable penalty calls if I remember. Gave Brighton a pen vs us at the CG but tbh we should have still got something out of that game and failed to against 10 men.
There was the Taiwo pen turned down vs Newcastle too which in my opinion was never a pen whatever Clattenberg may say.

Despite not being given that was a proper VAR pen, slow mo showed the arm of the keeper being raised to trip Taiwo.

Full speed he was halfway down already

Elanga looking good at least for the bench.

I reckon we start Reyna and the last 20 mins unleash Elanga.
