Exactly.

Trying to be positive.

1 point behind Brentford who look to have lost the plot and cheating wanker Toney pissing off thier entire team by saying hes going to Real Madrid

Even with a deduction we could catch them.

Yup. Even should the worse (within reason) happen and we get deducted six points we're still by no means cut adrift.

Whether or not we have the minerals to get out of that hole is another matter.

Level with Everton too and they're in the same boat as us with a likely further penalty to come.

Points dropped from winning positions 21 Rank 19th (incredibly Brentford have dropped 31)

Goals conceded from set pieces 19 Rank 20th (no surprise there)

I'd be interested to know where we rank or corners/attacking free kicks conceded we are. Is it simply we're just giving too many of them away compared to the rest?

Although we had more corners today and did not threaten once. Is MGW really the best set piece taker we have?

And we don't even use the set piece specialist
Only at Forest would that happen.

Really don't understand the meltdown on here on all threads. Yeah, a shame we didn't manage to hold on but a point is definitely a better result for us than them. The play since Nuno came in has been much better, coops would not have got us the 2 United victories, I don't think. So in my mind, we're 6 points better off for making the change. Set pieces are clearly a worry and it's annoying we're not improving but there is still time.

Keep the faith, couple of winnable home games now coming up. To be honest, 6 points might be enough this season (deduction dependant). It's not where any of us wanted to be this season, but if we can stay up, make some good signings, we're well set.... although the league is likely to be a lot harder next season.

Whatever happens between now and the end of the season, The Club needs to learn from it's mistakes and a reset is needed, so be it with a new manager, Things need to be corrected on and off the pitch.

I think we'll be alright but I don't really like us anymore

Exactly 2 years ago we played in the FA cup quarter final vs Liverpool with a team and manager we had quite unexpectedly formed a huge connection with. We pushed Liverpool all the way that day, we played good football all season, the team seemed so likeable

We seem to have lost that connection right now. Its like dumping your high school sweetheart for a model only to find she is dumb, self centred and vacuous.
