That they have four of their main rivals at home is also something they will relish.

And if they stay up, I won't begrudge them that. They've spent bugger all

If they lose Barkley thatll be curtains for them. He's why they're not bottom

How do you work that out?
As well as Luton are doing they are only tracking for around 31 points on ppg. Sheff Utd and Burnley both looking at 22 points.
The bar for 17th will be pretty low this season IMO.

Normally the points per game rato increases for the final 10 games of the season and history shows that when two teams aren't at the races at the bottom 3 the third place team has a higher number of points. It's just based of historical data.

Just in case your interested here is the head to head comparison for points received against teams from last year. The three teams that were relegated are compared to the three that came up based on the threes current standings. Lots of teams to play again but already we have greens showing improvement and reds that could change based on final game.

^that’s quite interesting.

The key fact I take away from it was that last year we took twelve points off those relegated.

We need a 100% record to better that, however all three are away from home.

After Game week 26 last year we had 26 points but after game week 32 we only had 27.

We clearly finished the season strongly last year but have the opportunity to get points on the board earlier now if we can take it.
First the points and then the pints….
