That is not we have done, we haven't made an appeal.
We have asked for clarification of the rules and whether VAR should/could or couldn't have gotten involved.

It is still badly positioned. It needs to move over to the left by another yard or so, with Wood standing where Yates currently is.
Because the wall is so far over to the right, it 1) gives Toney the space to bend it around the wall, without having to cheat, but he just made it even easier to get a clear sight on goal and 2) means Turner has to go further over to his far post to get a sight of the ball, which means the distance he now has to cover to get across to the near post is greater than it shouldve been.

It was obvious to me even before Toneys shenanigans that the wall wasn’t set right. Look at the footage - Yates going apoplectic but wood tells him to trust the keeper. Yates was most aware and captain and should have sorted it. Bet he wishes he did now!

I agree , i was screaming at the TV telling them to move over or put someone on that post , anyone who can play a bit at any level would relish taking that free kick . The wall has basically made your mind up where to put it.
Shocking at that level.

You think that wall was well positioned then ? Regardless of Toney stealing a foot or so ?
I didn't play anywhere near the top level but got paid to play at the standard i did reach and even with my knackered out old legs nowadays i'd have fancied my chances of tucking that free kick away.
Anyone with half a footballing brain could see the wall was wrongly placed but you crack on.

Pretty sure Spangles or Orbs as I knew him from other forums played to a decent standard.
Just because someone played at the top level doesn’t make them intelligent or that they know better than those who played at lower levels. You only have to look at which players fail at management to see that.
Or look into Jermaine Beckford and how they had to manage him at Everton through games with simple things like which direction to run.

Great come back.
You made several assumptions which you took personally. You assumed the comment was aimed at you, it wasn't, I do read other forum posts BTW. You make the assumption that whoever doesn't agree with your post only has "half a footballing brain". You are sadly missed by the 4th form at Greyfriars.
