Well done Forest…l think

Christina did look bright but Wood could have scored twice more in the last 5 mins if he had made the right decisions.

Nah he's always shooting when keeper was up lol

I agree with you though, Murillo cult-like status is seemingly glossing over the number of mistakes he makes each game  need to remember he's very young but some these mistakes have been costly.

Of those, only wood may be fit on Saturday and Brentford have a top 3 striker returning.
We don’t make it easy….

Origi?

lol
It was late when I posted and forgot about him (but then that’s an easy mistake tbh!)
Point still stands though- possibly one fit attacker out of six for Saturday.

I’m hoping Cho and MGW might make it tho- we need them.

Batshuayi anyone?

Ozzie is right about Nuno- has been dealt a shite hand with the squad so far with afcon and injuries.
But then Taiwo injury probably did for coops so it’s nothing new.

I’d hoped our awful injury record would improve this season!

1.Ody is bang average, probably Championship level but 2nd goal apart did OK
2. Murillo makes more mistakes than McKenna and Worral put together
3. Tavarez and Williams both very poor. If rumour on compulsory purchase of Nuno is true, someone deserves the sack.
4. Yates excellent but probably at fault first goal
5. Danilo made a lot of mistakes and got bullied, he kept on trying non stop though
6. CHO was poor before he went off, looks to have zero confidence
7. Wood was excellent for 135 minutes
8. Aguilera very bright although made some poor decisions when well positioned
9. Blackpool have scored 4 goals against us again
10. Nuno has now used 25 players across hhis 5 games in charge.

Agree with everything apart from that. Murillo does make mistakes, yes. But Worrall came on, fell over and let them get inbehind. I haven't had much sleep and haven't watched it back but he also let runners go past him into the area twice. Finally, he gave away a stupid free kick on the edge of the box in the last seconds. McKenna however, didn't put a foot wrong.

Good because they may well be our only two fit centre backs this weekend….

Murillo signalled he was ok to carry on - he will be fine.
Omi had just ran out of gas.

Fair enough…. But talk us through the options we have in the top half this weekend….
Possibly no elanga origi cho MGW Danilo Taiwo
With yates and mangala holding in front of a back 4, that leaves wood as a 9, Dominguez floating and aguilera as a 10, with possibly neco forward on the right…. With a bench of osong and other kids.

I hope I’ve forgotten 3/4 players or that the ‘injuries’ are cooper style injuries and several are surprise inclusions but we do look unbelievably thin up front.

I can even see Dennis or mighten making the bench unless we sign someone today which is unlikely for political reasons alone.

Dennis is injured, hasn’t played since late November.

In the mighty top class Turkish Super Lig he is credited with 8 appearances, 0 goals, 0 assists.
Mighten similarly unimpressive in Belgium

Mighten is an interesting one. Wasn't he linked with Man Utd a few seasons back? I seem to remember a bit of uproar that they were going to poach one of our top youngsters.

Not having a go here in anyway shape or form but I genuinely wonder why Cooper wasn't able to develop Mighten and really bring him on. I would have thought that it was right up Steve's street but it never happened.
Panic on the streets of Croydon, Derby, Sheffield, Leicestershire.

Don’t think he has the physique nor the ability to make up for the lack of strength.
Not just here he has failed, Cooper did play him at first off the bench in the Championship and he didn’t make an impact.
Sent back early from a loan in League 1.
Done nothing of note in Belgium
Seems to have been around a long time now

He was all about pace when he emerged but championship defenders soon learned that if you smash him he faded out the game. I cant see a top level career in him to be honest. Imo he needs to move to a lower league club amd build himself from there.

I like mighten. He did well in his first stint in the team and scored a few goals. He has good ball control, a bit of pace and a low centre of gravity. The emergence of BJ scuppered his development somewhat and the loan to Sheffield Wednesday really set him back( they didn’t even play with wingers!).

He needs another loan where he will be a success- Mansfield, notts, Lincoln - for his development. He is well below Premiership standard and he possibly has been badly advised in that he was in and around the England set up and opted to play for the US.

He’ll end up at Peterborough and someone will end up paying over 10m for him in a couple of years!
