So basically we have signed 42 players and that is the strongest side we can currently put out and Wood is our only fit forward player.

If Wood plays 90 he could be knackered for Saturday. If he doesn’t we don’t exactly have any other options.

Be good for us this game as do need to learn how to break teams down when we see more of the ball. Pitch looks solid and ball bouncing around the place as well.

Solid first half without spending a lot of energy and not really getting out of first gear. Does have pre-season feel to it at the moment.

Forest not really out of first gear, just managing the game. Blackpool playing hoofball which is causing a few problems on the bounce with them winning a few second balls. noticeable that Forest playing out from the back nearly all the time and Blackpool on the press. We need to exploit the right hand side a bit more as most of the play going down the left with Nuno and CHO. Not a riveting game but not anxious at the moment. Looks bloody cold..

I was impressed with the female commentator; as far as I know, she is the only one who has said that when we got promoted, we had 20 players leave, so THEY HAD to sign a new team.

It is a bit of a slog, but hopefully, setting us up for Brentford.
