Well if as suggest they have been interviewing for weeks now they should have the next person pretty much ready to go. Lets see who is watching from the stands this weekend.

This is an important decision. Hopefully the Owners and board will look forward longer than the end of the season.
If we get a good new manager the team is still good enough to challenge for promotion this season (especially if we get couple of signings in key areas). However, if we don't get promoted then the plan must be to build towards going up the following year or year after. If they have to replace another manager then they are hiring the wrong managers!
