In fairness to Nuno his lowest Premier league finish is 13th. Also had two 7th place finishes.

Both achieved though with a better squad than ours.

EM is clearly going through a Portuguese phase. Did he have a decent holiday there in the summer or summat?

why is Cooper done. He has been at the club just over two years. That started with us bottom of the championship with one point from seven games to us getting promoted in the same season. In our first season back in the premier league he keeps us up against the odds. Teams with better squads than us finished below us.  Two years later we are five points off the relegation places and he’s ‘done’ and we are replacing him with out of work manager whose last job was in Saudi Arabia. I don’t get it. Where do we honestly think we should be in this league.

One has a 47% win rate in the prem the other has an 18% win rate might have something to do with it.

12th ish. And I'd have expected to see a bit more composure in games against sides at home who people say are three of the worse teams ever in the division. Have you watched the last 5 or 6 games. Its been pathetic.

I might be wrong so apologies of so, but I am sure when he was doing well at Wolves he was a manager many of our fans held up as the exact type of manager we should go for.  Yes didn’t go to well at Spurs but tend to think he wasn’t their first choice and not given a fair chance by their players and fans. Sometimes it just doesn’t work at a club for whatever reason and he at least has experience in the Prem, experience with high profile players and knows what it takes. Is he any more a risk than say Glasner?

Who said that we will definitely end up with Nuno, could this just be a ploy by the club to get the main target to sit up and take notice, maybe push him to make his mind up quickly.

I mean I don't know if this is the case, as I've stated it could all be BS or it could well be true, I wouldn't be against Nuno being the next man through the door, something has to be done because as it stands if we stick with Cooper we are as good as down

If cooper is still in the dugout come Saturday - then lose - he needs to go. I will be understanding and no one can really say it is trigger happy owner. I think he has been given time and patience. He has been backed with money BUT the squad is not in a great state.
I can’t help think Something has happened behind the scenes - Worrall a loyal skipper suddenly binned off after one bad sub appearance - after a great game v Chelsea. The sudden dropping after a very decent start of Dominguez (appearance related?). The binning off of all loan players.

MGW v Fulham - totally did cooper over and coops has given him everything.
It stinks of interference to me.

Or cooper has totally lost the plot!

It is all very strange. Good win v Villa and as you say all then fallen apart since. Yes we are missing Awoniyi but that doesn’t explain the inability to pass the ball or defend.

There is a bit of mystery around this signing. Loan? Swap?
