I am hoping the silence is because something is happening. To give cooper another game is the wrong move imho

If we do get a new coach by next week its doubtful he will make any kind of impact on our style of play for at least until after the winter break.

Sniffer, I thought that EM would have made his move by now, whats the hold-up? Are we trying to convince a top-top manager/coach this is the right club for them or are we being rejected? What do you hear on the local grapevine?

I would imagine we want a seamless transition as per usual but its not that straightforward. New contracts to be agreed, starting dates to be agreed, backroom teams to be agreed, compo to be agreed. All of that more complex and bigger costs involved with bigger higher profile names and this all takes some time.
That’s of course assuming we have someone lined up or indeed are making a move.

Literally the old lady is on lock down, nothing at all coming out of the city ground. At this stage is be surprised to see him gone before muff next weekend.
Last season we won 9 and drew 11. At pretty much the half way mark now we've won 3 and drawn 5.
So to match last season and get to 38 points we need 6 more wins and a load of draws. We cant win away at all yet we have to go to Burnley, Luton and Sheffield and stop them winning. Its looking to me like the season may have gone already. The new guy could have been in a week now and made am impression in the Bournemouth game. Every game is going to matter and yet we're throwing games away. Why the F is this happening? Its ridiculous. We have a dead man walking manager and yet big EM and his lad are doing nothing. If we go down by the odd point they will be as much to blame as Cooper.

Leicester, Leeds and Southampton all left it February which was far too late and looked what happened to them. The only saving grace is that maybe Sheffield, Burnley and Luton all keep loosing but if one of them goes on a run I think we will be in great danger.

EM needs to get any potential appointment of a new manager absolutely right. Other teams recently at the bottom have got it wrong and got relegated. Sacking Cooper is not like getting rid of Hughton. Cooper has been very succesful at Forest. Change of manager is far from guaranteed in bringing better results.
