I would be surprised if Yates and Boly don’t both start.
You need to defend set pieces for your lives against them.

They are putting balls into the box from free kicks on the half way line and winning first and second contacts .
If we don’t win enough of those duels we will lose.
What we need is the blend to also play the game we want to play.

Everton are probably one of the biggest sides in the league

The Premier League is Corrupt as fxxx according to Everton fans.

They are probably correct but its funny how supporters always think their own club is squeaky clean and has done nothing wrong.

I'm sure Everton will vehemently defend their team and deny wrong doing though you're right. Even though they were quite clearly breaking the rules, was crazy the prem initially let them get away with just claiming a massive loss due to covid compared to everyone else. Glad they've been punished.

There is definitely a danger of us being in this position at some point if they ever dig into some of the moves we've made, particularly in the championship, with Carvalho for example. If/when they clamp down on related club transactions, which they surely will have to.

The top flight said the deal, which covers the four years from the 2025-26 season, is the "largest sports media rights deal ever concluded in the UK".

The Saturday 3pm blackout will remain in place, but every 2pm Sunday kick-off will be televised.

Im amazed the tv companies still think there's money to be made from football. Literally eveyone I know (who watches football) has a dodgy stick.
