Didn't expect any points here but I did want a performance that didn't make us look like a pushover.
At the end of last season people were saying give Cooper 10 games and see where we are. Well, he's had his 10 games. Does anyone honestly see us challenging for mid table? Not me, I think we are in a relegation scrap again despite having more points than at the same stage last season. Despite tens of millions spent by our generous owner I can't see the reciprocal improvement. Cooper has done wonders for this club and been the best manager since the great man himself but I believe that EM will be dipping his toe in the managerial waters anytime soon.
