Wood
Dennis - x (Batshuayi)

That would make a 25 man squad (+ 4 U21s).

Loan: Shelvey, Biancone, Mighten,
Sell: Horvath, Shelvey, Dennis, Hwang, LOB, Panzo, Soh

If we sign another CB - then McKenna to be sold.

Danilo is primarily a central midfielder, I can't see Sangare joining.
Yeh I get that, it was more from a numbers perspective

I could see him in the squad if Kouyate goes.
Cooper will have a hell of a time picking a two man midfield though.

TBF, even if you start just 2, you would need the other 2 off the bench.
Then there is injuries to contend with.
If we move to a back 4, we will need 3 starters and 2 subs.
They will all get plenty of game time.

I think it will end up a 4-3-1-2/4-3-3 like at times last season with fielipe and Niakhate it worked with a cm 3 of yates/mangala/danilo , and yates/kouyate/frueler before yates and Tiawo’s injuries . Our other CB are not good enough to do this . Thats why we are after another CB and have signed Murillo . Also we have upgraded the CM massively and got back up for T .

When Cooper first came in, Yates started to pass forward, he seems to have regressed on that!

Love him though!
Everyone is entitled to my opinion - COYR  :)

Don't think playing in that forward role helped Yates yday.

Yates and Kouyate are both better without the ball.
If Yates plays he needs progressive players around him.
Yates will never be the problem, it’s around the right balance around him.

I hope we go to a 4-3-3 or 4-1-2-1-2 as such
I would love to see another fast right side CB come in after last night’s showing.
GK vlachodimos/turner
RB Monteil/aina
RCB Filipe/New CB/wozza
LCB Murillo/Niakhate
LB Niakhate/Taveras/aina
CM Sangare/yates
CM Dominguez/mangala
CM Danilo/Santos
FWD MGW/Elanga
FWD Johno/CHO
ST Tiawo/Wood/Bats or AN
thats 22 add extra GK and whoever we can’t get rid of before end of window everyone else should be up for offers.

Turner Vlachodimos Hennessey
Tavares Aina Williams Montiel Aurier
Felipe Worrall Boly Niakhate Mckenna Murillo (U21)
Dominguez Kangare Kouyate Yates Mangala
MGW Danilo Santos
Elanga (U21 Hudson-Odoi
Wood Awoniyi

Currently at 26 with 2 U21s space for 1 more look lightest up front.

Assumes Johnson leaves, In Hudson Odoi, Vlacho, Dominguez and Kangare (or other)

Leaves Toffolo, Dennis Shevey J Shelvey G Horvarth Mighten and Hwang kicking around with U21s unless they can find somewhere.

Possible Kouyate or Aurier leave which allows a bomb squad member in but we have to name our 25 tomorrow I think?
