Good point, and that's a real shame. It was causing issues for the opposition in the games he could do it.

Damn yeah hadn't even thought of that! Hopefully it heals quickly

Hopefully shouldn’t be too long out.

Best case a couple of weeks, worst case 6-8 weeks

Percy reporting they're expecting Niakhate will be out for at least six weeks. Will miss the start of the season in that case.

Cooper 6 weeks = 3 weeks

What’s wrong with Felipe and yates?
Is boly injured or do they want him out?

Why are they not playing preseason?

I’m sure there are others- does anyone know why we have nothing like a semblance of even last years first team in preseason?

Yates has played every game.
Would imagine as Boly played the full game at PSV that he will play in Saturday.

My bad on yates
I didn’t see he was subbed on v Rennes

But we can add Awoniyi and Johnson and Niakhate and Richards a

Where’s Dennis got to?
Even if he is likely to leave surely he is a better option than Hwang?

Is Johnson actually injured or are we wrapping him in cotton wool until a sale?

Wrapping him in cotton wool I think to ensure he’s fit to either sell or play when the season starts. Likewise hope we are simply wrapping Felipe in cotton wool given the reported issues with his knees to ensure he is ok to play come Arsenal. Do wonder if Niakathe will be back for Arsenal as well and the original suggestion of 6 weeks out was a ‘Cooper’ 6 weeks ?

Was really hoping this might improve this year but currently seems like we're still feeling the injury effects from last year. ETAs:

Niakhate - Late Aug
Felipe - Unknown
Brennan - Unknown
Taiwo - Unknown

Henderson - Plays for Man Utd (also injured)

Anymore that are injured?

Johnson, allegedly.

D'oh - ignore me. I read 'Brennan' as 'Biancone.'

Richards has a splinter in his finger.  (or something must be stopping him play even 5 minutes of a friendly for first team or the younger teams)

Can you imagine him and some of this lot being asked to run through Nettles like Cloughie made the double time European cup winners???
Everyone is entitled to my opinion - COYR  :)
