Smith
Horvath
Drager
Mbe soh
Panzo
Cook
Harbottle
Biancone
Laryea
Richards
Back
Fornah
Ojeda
Aguilera
Arter
Colback
Obrien
Konate
Dale Taylor
Lyle Taylor

The contracts of Lyle Taylor, Konate, Colback, Smith and Drager all expire (Colback has already said he's gone) so nothing to sort out there.
Ojeda and Laryea's loans have purchase options.
Fornah has said he wants to join Reading permanently. Whether they are able to remains to be seen.
Unfortunately we are lumbered with Arter for another season.

There's also Huang Ui-jo and Josh Bowler to consider as well

Just seen the Jessie camera. I won’t have it that he came here with no intention for it not to work - it just didn’t and he became this seasons Cafu. He served his purpose and we shouldn’t slag him off.

I’m also mindful that wood and Shelvey may still have a huge part to play moving forward. We have written off players before who became integral. I’ve learned my lesson in that regard and we should support should they stay and contribute.

However, if they turn into another arter that’s when they get dogs abuse. How that man can sleep at night is beyond me.

Why did it look crazy? Signing a well respected, target man type striker, a position we had a massive need for before Taiwo got injured.

Easily the best proven striker on the market at that point. The only issue was he doesn't really suit the counter attacking element of the team. Otherwise, thought it was sensible at the time and he'll still be a useful backup to Taiwo next year. On paper he's a clear upgrade on Surridge.

The love-in for Surridge who (although with only limited chances to be fair) didn't really justify it. And the scepticism over Aurier who proved people wrong.

This year's window officially opens on June 14th.

Aurier was definitely the true surprise of the season.

Also, bring back Spence

The decision to sign him wasn’t crazy and I still think he has a role to play. The crazy bit was the deal we negotiated. If we had paid up his Newcastle contract then fair enough. To splurge over 10% of our entire Premier League windfall? I hope the correct person lost their job..
