The Premier League 2022/23
Massive game tomorrow between Bournemouth and Southampton. Part of me would like to see a Southampton win as that keeps Bournemouth right in the mix.

I'd rather see Bournemouth go and keep those beneath Forest well away.
As it stands they've only got to stay ahead of the bottom 3.

Naaah. We need Bournemouth near us. They are the only team with goal difference near us.

So my hopes for the run in - Chelsea hold on to lampard and arsenal go to pot and finish distant second by time we play them - demoralised and deflated. Palace on their hols, Southampton given up. That just leaves Brentford.

Southampton could be relegated against us perhaps if they lose next two?

If not mathematically, it would only a matter of time.

Table looks a whole lot better this morning. Really looking foward to the games tonight now. Everton will be feeling under massive pressure.

Also want anything but a Bournemouth win. Would rather keep them within catching distance. Draw would be perfect.

I want Bournemouth to win. They have to play Southampton, Leeds and Everton and are already on 33 points so can't realistically see them being relegated. I want them to win all 3 games against the other 3 teams in the bottom 5.

West ham and Bournemouth are not our competitors.....Leeds, Everton, Leicester and Southampton are. It's a 5 team mini league for relegation in my opinion.

I never really rated him, glad to see Forest cashed in on him when they could.

Sadly we didn't have any choice.

We were being run so badly at the time that failure to sell Bamford would have seen us liquidated.

Yes I think I'd be supporting this too. Don't want Southampton to get any momentum before our game.

The Bournemouth one is complicated and not sure what I want. They still have to play 3 of the bottom 5, possible the get reeled in and their goal difference the only one worse than ours. I would hate to finish 18th on GD.
Then again is it just best they take points off all the others including away to Everton on the final day. We actually don’t want them to be safe and on the beach for that one.
