Very much doubt it in the position we are in.

What's the realistic targets..

Vieria standard.. or some total unknown who has done well in Europe?

Maybe go down the palmerias route and get ferrieria in ha

Yet to see a single realistic name mentioned who I think would improve us even slightly in either the short or long term.

Sometimes it's just about a change. They might not be as good a manager in a lot of people's minds but it could freshen everything up

Agree, see little point in appointing a manager with the hope to keep us up. That ship sailed when we let Dyche go to Everton.

The Brighton model of development has much to recommend it. If we were to follow that I would be delighted. They seem to have done things in a calm unspectacular way but have achieved quietly but confidently. I don't know how much of that was down to Graham Potter or even if he would be available but I am sure that I don't need any more drama but just simple decent decision making. He might be the man for just that.

Brighton also have a very patient owner and a plan they've stuck to for years. Besides Potter wouldn't come anywhere near us at the moment anyway.

Potter is a fraud- crap at Swansea and outperformed by cooper, joined a very good set up at Brighton - did Ok but next manger getting loads more out of the squad- went to Chelsea and failed more than cooper had here.

Everything about Brighton top to bottom is how I would like this club to be run. Truly the model to aspire to. My nephew was a mascot there a couple of years ago, they just got everything right down to the smallest detail.

They're a lot closer than we are right now.

Unfortunately our model is throw as much money as possible at it and hope something sticks. We will never have a Brighton model under our ownership it’s just not how he works.

If money can’t fix it then we are fooked. That is the way we work…. We did under fawaz and we still do now.

We have to find our own model and by we I clearly mean EM. It’s his club. He needs to make it work his way. No point looking at other clubs. All we can do as fans is get behind the club 100%, like we have all season and see where the next 9 games leaves us.

Or it could have no impact or make us worse. Statistically speaking that is more likely but no-one seems to want to hear that.
