And even Kouyate - who can play there - is injured too.
Can we recall Mbe Soh? He's under 21 so wouldn't take up a squad place. Or Panzo, though not sure how old he is.

Unbelievable.
Brutal, straight after the window has closed so we can't replace them too. Felipe was a pretty massive signing wasn't he! Just need to wrap Worrall and Felipe up.in cotton wool until Niakhate is available again.
Got to assume.they expect him available soon ish otherwise Cook would still be in the 25

Toffolo could play in an emergency and perhaps have a Danny fox like reinvention- Yates at a very big push. Poor planning? No I think very unlucky!

Im 99% we can only recall player during the transfer window.
Think Yates or Colback are the most likely but lets not go there.
Filipe’s fitness worries me, has hardly played and now asking him to do 90mins every week sounds like an injury waiting to happen

Well Mr Worrall. I remember you saying you wouldn't hesitate to leave us for an opportunity to test yourself in the Premier League.
Time to step up son.

What a lift Taiwo coming back would be. Looked like we'd just figured out how to get the best from him before the injury.
Without rushing and risking him further, I really hope it doesn't take too long to get him back up to speed. We need him.
Taiwo, MGW, Brennan with Wood as the bench option should be need to shake it up. Agreed, but I would sooner see Surridge than Woods as I think Surridge offers more than Woods, but with them both on the bench we will look a whole lot healthier and dangerous on the pitch
Wood*! His name doesn't have an s on the end. Ffs
Calm down, deep breaths.

McKenna should only miss 5 games as long as he doesn’t suffer a setback. There are only 5 games before a 2 week international break.
Worrall and Felipe should be good enough as long as they can stay fit.
Niakhate could do without being thrown back in.
Kouyate is only 2-3 weeks away, and Yatesy could play there but you wouldn’t want it for a prolonged period.
After that is the likes of Aurier and Toffolo under consideration.
We could do with getting a win or 2 before the international break so we haven’t got too much to do in the last 11 games

Both Felipe and Worrall need to stay fit for next 6-8 weeks. Aurier Yates and Kouyate can all do a job, but not for any length of time, maybe Toffolo too. If either get a one match suspension we can paper over the cracks but if either picks up a hammy we are in trouble.
I don't doubt Cooper, but I thought our full back situation was over stocked. RB Aurier LB Lodi. Cover Williams and Toffolo. However, I felt Colback and Williams could be LB cover and Toffolo should have been allowed to move to Belgium as he wanted.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but I really wish Cook was now sitting on the bench just in case, plus he's good at coming on to help manage a game in last 10 or 15 minutes too.
All that said, it's Joe's chance to shine again, playing alongside an experienced pro should bring him on further. He's still relatively young for a CB.
Wrap them both in cotton wool!!

Personally I don't think Mckenna and Boly will be out for 3 months and 8 weeks.
Lodi can play CB if needs be.

You can sign any free agent as long as they were a free agent before the transfer window closed.

Don't think we need to do that.
Niakhate is not too far away and I quiet like the thought of a Lodi - Felipe pairing.
