Again that's the media quoting that kind of money spent which I can say I never believed in a split second. Like the MGW deal when they say £45m was spent and what a load of shite that was. The media set the narrative which unfortunately loads of people believe and that is where confusion comes in.

Fans of every club feel the same, I'm sure.

Regards the flight to Blackpool, I remember similar negative stories years ago when Spurs/Arsenal were flying in to Norwich

I thought for a minute you said Spurs and Arsenal were flying to each other

I really do need to get my glasses sorted out!!!

Chris Sutton. Does (tries) every time we play to say something negative. Thankfully, he's usually wrong with his prediction - especially the goalscore.

Though he’s actually predicted us to win this weekend!

It's interesting on the American coverage of Forest games they always seem to have Gary Birtles. Nice to have someone that actually knows about the club but also enjoy his bias!

Really? Whenever I've heard his commentary I find it appalling. He sounds more like a moaning fan than anyone who actually adds some football insight into the commentary.

Ha yeah I was going to say he just sounds like a fan commentating most of the time, it's still good having someone that knows the club though rather than the Sky commentators that have googled it beforehand

Yeah there is that. I prefer my pundits to be a bit more insightful than 'That was poor' all the time though.

I think Birtles is just honest and that is how it should be.

Yes he moans and criticises but only when it's justified. Every time he criticised yesterday he was spot on and I agreed with him every time.

If you were at a game and had Birtles moaning away behind you you'd be turning around and telling him to shut the f up. He really ruins the games for me. Way too critical. I know we weren't great yesterday but come on, every single little thing was being criticised.
