I don't buy that one nor do I buy all the fist pumping etc but that is just how I am.

If we get mullered on Monday I believe our search will intensify somewhat.

That is a really difficult one to answer Reds73 because part of it does depend on results. If we lose on Monday i can't guarantee that Steve will be in charge when we play Villa but a win will guarantee that he is still in charge.

If you put a gun to my head and said I must answer yes or no then I would answer no but a string of good results will always buy more time.

Yes and the fist pumps. Like I said the other day I don't fall for all that stuff. Karanka was the same although he did it via twitter (actually he employed someone to do it for him).

Actually I think there is a touch of the Karanka's about Cooper personally.

What's all this anti Cooper stuff? I know he's not signed a contract but there could be any number of reasons for this, like there may not actually be a contract offer on the table for him to sign at this moment. For example, there's a credible theory that Cooper wanted a long term deal and the club felt they needed to see how well he operated in the prem before committing to this. You don't offer a big contract to someone who you expect to be sacking in the near future do you?
