Surely it is clear to every man and his dog now that this 3 at the back using 3 carthorses is not working nor is it going to work in the future in the PL.
We must change formation starting at Leicester,

The 3 carthorses being Worrall Cook and Mckenna.
There are 2 other carthorses Boly and Kouyate if you want, you think either are better?
Or you can play Bade and Biancone who have never played a minute of PL football.
Assume you want a back 4? Which of the above are your central 2?
Change formation I agree. Just find it odd we didn’t build a team suited to Coopers 352

I asked myself the following question:
Do Cook, Yates, Worrall, Mckenna and Williams get in any other PL starting line up.
It honestly pains me to say it, it really does, but the answer I came up with is no they don't.

None of our 3 centre backs can play out nor are comfortable when pressed high. We could maybe play a back 4 which would allow a Ben Watson type player, maybe Freuler, to play out from the back. That would also give the extra man in midfield but to be honest I think Cooper is struggling just as much as the players are so cant see him changing to that.
We looking very much a relegation side and to be honest this side would be bottom third in the championship at the moment. I dont care whay anybody says, we should have gone out and taken every loan player from last season, including Spence. Im sure he could have been persuaded to join if we tried hard enough. It would have provided the stability from which new players could have been added.
Lets be honest with ourselves. The win against west ham was lucky, we could easily have blown the point we got at Everton. We could potentially be on zero points right now we've been so bad. We're miles behind the pace and sitting here now I just dont see how we can in any way get out of the hole We're now in.
Lose to Leicester and Cooper's gone imo. Its the only lever the owner has to influence results unfortunatel.

Williams does. He made the European team of the week for the West Ham performance. He has definitely dipped though, actually he was worse vs Bournemouth than last night.
The rest I agree with. My question to you is that OK, lets drop all 5 of last year’s remaining players and play an entirely new 11. Do you think results would be better? Im not so sure.

I suppose there is only one way to find out. For sure something needs to change.

We need to go to Leicester and get a clean sheet. Play a flat back 5 if needs be but stop the rot and get something to build from.

Boly was really bad, he kept stepping up making failed tackle attempts and being woefully out of position.
Freuler was so highly rated but didn't see it last night. He was garbage

Think you’re being harsh on Boly, he was no worse than Joe has been all season but (as with Kouyate) he’s not one of our own

It shows how little I know. I was underwhelmed by both. I still think the formation might work.
