Can anyone confirm that the whole East Stand was demolished? I have heard it said that lower tier of BC ,(formerly exec,) is just seats bolted on to bottom of East Stand, with rest of Exec being built over it. I find that difficult to imagine especially looking at pics like this.

I think that's right. The terracing on the lower tier has low steps.
