I must admit I hate leaving early, I've listened to so much excitement on Radio Nottingham at the end of the match, as my elder son stays till the end. Going over Trent Bridge I never know who's scored until I get back to the car!

People who grumble about others leaving early should be a bit more considerate.

There are many reasons why some have to leave early and one of those reasons is because of health.

Another is having to catch a train or bus out of Nottingham, some people travel hundreds of miles back and forth to see a match.

I like this forum. There is a lot of respect for the posters and things seldom get out of hand, which is rare on the internet.
As the one who said brought up people leaving early, I'm sorry if some have thought this is a dig at them, not my intention. Of course there are some good reasons for leaving early.

I still think that many just get frustrated and leave in a huff if we are losing, and if they do that's fine.

Maybe the club / police could look at traffic/crowd bottle necks to make it easier and safer for us all to go home. I leave from upper Clough over lady bay and the traffic on the bridge needs looking at, one day someone's going to be hurt. So I can understand why some need to/choose to get out before it gets really busy.

Optimistic, I'm sure no one was offended. I personally never rarely get offended over anything. I'm sure if I didn't have to leave early it would annoy the hell out of me having to stand to let someone out early, but then again I am a massive hypocrite!!!

I talk the most rubbish on here and have got most things wrong, but the forum is kind and therapeutic, Forest fans should never fall out with each other.  I am quite enjoying Karanka and most of the posters proving me wrong.  In the right environment learning how wrong you can be is almost as fulfilling as getting it right all the time

back in the day my brother always used to leave a bit early, I remember v Portsmouth, Stoney scored a 20 yarder just after he left, I couldn't leave because Forest were pressing so hard and deserved something from the game

I remember in the Platt era, v Huddersfield, cheap game, sell out, we were losing 3.1, everyone was leaving all around me, moaning, ironically it was quite an entertaining game and Tony Vaughan scored for us, but a lot were complaining which was unfair on the effort of the players, I was a bit annoyed and embarrassed and ashamed at the scale of the exodus

Atmosphere definitely improving in the ground as the season go on. Team is looking more settled and we're playing good football (most of the time). Fans have been less anxious.
