Sorry but also the decision on no VAR in the playoffs will eventually cost someone millions of pounds because of the incompitance of the officials.

I haven't seen many decisions as bad as that one. As a former referee I would say that the Linesman should have played no part in that decision. The contact was central, outside of the Linesman's quarter and was easily visible to the senior of the 3 officials. Also as the Red's player remained grounded outside of the area immediately following the tackle how is he supposed to have fouled in the box and then somehow reversed his motion to fall outside. Very poor on several different levels of competence. I'm sure that his assessor will give him a tough time after the game. The linesman should return to Sunday mornings in the Rochdale Junior league to relearn  his trade

Why should the players in the Rochdale Junior League have to suffer from the guy's incompetence?

Because he'll get what he deserves there for sure and they'll be used to it

This report saying our academy has been granted Category 1 status pending a further inspection. I'm guessing that's a follow-on from the provisional status last year.

Good luck to Jayden Richardson,

Had high hopes for him but it didn't work out for him with his loan moves.
