It's tough not to dream about that scenario, I would settle for the gap staying within 6 personally.

At the weekend, we are home to Swansea while they go to Blackburn so that seems a good opportunity to gain points.

On that note Blackburn play Preston tonight and are 6 behind Sheff U so badly need a win. We 100% want them to win tonight so that they still believe they can make it going into the weekend. Also worth noting they cannot catch us in case anyone was worrying!

I'll go one further, imagine they lose the next 2 and we beat Fulham and Swansea, we go to Bournemouth knowing a win will promote us. How about that for a dream scenario.

Steve Cook last minute winner.

Or Grabban or Surridge for that matter.

I cant see Bournemouth getting beaten at Swansea but if they did and we scraped a draw then that would still be decent for us. It would bring the gap down to 4 points, 3 games left, almost identical goal difference. I take that now.

If we get within 3 points of them before we play them then our goal difference is likely to be just superor at that stage and might mean it's then in our hands. Bascially 2 wins and we're up.

We’ve still got to win tomorrow and beat swansea.

Even if we do win tomorrow, Swansea will be tough - the cooper factor and the 4-1 reverse to avenge plus stopping us from potentially autos.

I'm so in for this, whilst this is unlikely, it's scary to think how close this could be. Tomorrow really is a horrendously massive night

It's completely plausible.....but in about 30 hours time it could very well be completely off the table too with a Bournemouth win and we lose. I have low expectations for tomorrow night but high hopes!!

Guys chill, we are in the play-offs which none of us expected due to the utter crap start to the season, this is a massive bonus for us the fans. Lots of things have to drop into place to enable us to go up automatically in my opinion, lets just enjoy this unexpected moment and see where it all takes us over the coming weeks or so, no pressure or expectations.

Nothing wrong with dreaming or pointing out potential scenarios. Just a bit of fun that could become a reality. I'm delighted were in the playoffs. But we may not need them.

Come 10 tomorrow night the dream could be well and truly alive or dead in the water but bloody enjoy the excitement and what could happen.

Exactly!

Tomorrow night, we could have the scenario of having to win 3 games and we're promoted! I.e...essentially the same as the playoffs!! Wouldn't it be easier to just get it done now?!
