Brennan Johnson

If Brennan and Wozza have to go we take the cash, rebuild and go again, just like Brentford did when they sold players for big money a couple of years ago.

Yeah I know it's the right thing to do, it's just frustrating to have such a good player and not utilise him to get promotion again. Just like with Antonio

Previously the reinvestment hasn’t been good enough.
The loans and recruitment this year though has been nothing short of exceptional.
Horvath- a very capable keeper battling it our with another very capable keeper for the n1 spot
Spence- better impact than any previous loan including shorey
Garner- almost in a par with Spence
Zink- a good return - just been outshone by others
Davis- has given us another dimension- would love to sign him long term
Lowe- injuries aside a very astute signing- would like to sign him for next year

Odjeda- long term - good potential
Laryea- hope to see him at some stage- need to see what he can do
Surrige- very impressive - big tall strong - faster than I thought and has shown to be a good finisher - can see him getting 20 in a season if played
Panzo- watched the u23 - whilst rusty he looked strong and composed

We may well have some crackers in the u23 too…
Hammond, Harbottle, Larson, swan and konate look decent…

Brennan Johnson when asked about what he likes about playing for Nottingham Forest:

“Everything about it. The fans and just the history about it. It’s a really big club and yeah, really special, a really special club”.

Get that contract signed then Brennan.

Well done Brennan. Im calling it now, the best talent our academy has yet produced.

What's his market value at this moment do we reckon?

I think even with just 1 year on his contract a prem club would pay £25m for him. Maybe even £30m if we could get an auction going.

Maybe thats a tpuch optimistic but think we will still get the £18M that was on the table in January.

Im just hoping thats irrelevant. Win our next 4 games and he will sign a PL contract with us.

Not if the clickbait sites are to be believed.

His reps talking with Brentford and Everton last week with further talks planned with other teams including Leicester.

We may need to sell anyway to balance the books but this is Poor timing for me, and if true shows his advisers want him away in the summer regardless.

Everton may not be a PL option.

Personally I don't believe any of that what the click baits were reporting.

Don't rule out him staying with us.

I'd be shocked if he refused a new deal in the prem.

In the championship we have to sell someone to meet FFP so would make sense to be Brennan as we'll get a lot. If we sold Worrall though for example then perhaps Brennan could sign a new deal.
