True, but thats peanuts to the £120M we would get if we went up!

Sorry all but Im really uncomfortable with all this Boro do us a favour and beat Bournemouth. You do realise we haven’t made it to the play offs yet? That Boro could well sneak in ahead of us as could Sheff Utd and even Millwall or Blackburn. Any time one of those teams drops points is a plus for me.
Worry about our own results and we will see where the others are on 7th May.

Spoil sport! Us speculating and supporting Boro over Bournemouth is not going to have any impact on our actual results so we may as well enjoy the excitement until it gets crushed.

I am aware of how badly we spurned 6th a few years ago. That was ridiculous but showed complacency is risky. However, us fans getting complacent isn't going to change anything!

Yep, im all out for 2nd place now. Nothing less in my book. Im going to enjoy this as much as I can. I had 20 odd years of S**t. This season is gold dust.

I'm sure I spend at least a total of 30 minutes a day just staring at the league table.
Every now and again I pop back to take another look.
What I did not notice until this morning is the QPR implosion, from play-off contenders to no clue what a point, never mind 3, looks like.
Warburton seems to have developed a knack for snatching defeat from the hands of victory.

As for the automatic places, only two teams results matter, they are Bournemouth and Forest.
If Forest want the automatic spot they have to keep on winning.
The only other form team in the league is Swansea, none of the others appear to have the ability to put a winning streak together.

Don't Swansea play Bournemouth still too...

We probably still need 7 wins, which isn't realistically that likely but the longer the streak goes on...

Realistically assuming we don't get 7 wins, we'd need Bournemouth to only win a few more games so we need them to keep struggling. Still if we could beat Luton it would put the pressure on.

The games are back to back on Sky on Friday, exciting.

12.30 Luton v Forest
3.00 Bournemouth v Boro
5.30 Hudders v QPR
8.00 Sheep v Fulham

Something in there for us in every game. It's a beautiful thing.

Blackburn as well were going really well but with Brereton's injury they are under pressure now to make the top six.
