No Soh again. Surely if he was fit then he would be getting minutes under his belt.

Sniffer, Soh has been in the matchday squad for the last few games but not selected as a sub, getting him fit over a long period out?

Slightly controversial here, but I really don’t see the fuss surrounding Soh.
Honestly doesn’t really impress me when he has played, and he is prob 6th choice.
Worrall, McKenna, Cook, Figs, Yates all in front of him.

No fuss Reds73 just wondering why he gets no minutes in a red shirt at any level even though he is supposed to be fit.

That is an excellent read and augurs well for the future. We have seen some of the progress with the players coming through in the last few years and the conveyor belt looks to be in good hands with a clear insight into the values required to bring in the best youngsters and turn them into top players. Well done all.

Thanks for posting that Ozzy.
This bit stood out to me , gives an idea of the scale of investment we now have at the academy-
“To offer some context as to how far Forest’s academy has progressed, ten years ago it had just seven full-time members of staff. Today, there are over 100 employees, with almost 50 of those working full-time.”

Only failure in the article is to not credit GB- to which Jonno has had his say somewhat…
