Silva was our best player by a mile, besides Mckenna/Garner I thought everyone else where poor, especially Grabbs.

Just heard the highlights (my cousin visited, so I didn't get to hear the match) and how did Forest not score?

(That said, we had enough chances in both to have had 4 points from both games. Zinc Man should have scored in both games. Cooper's and the team's intent was there. You can't fault Cooper for that. It's not his squad. He's done just about everything that could possibly done since he came in. He and Forest have out performed.) Strangely, I haven't got my bottom lip out this time. I've kind of resigned myself to a mini-slump whilst this injury 'crisis' blows over. That and the fact that the January window is nearly open and we also appear to be addressing areas we don't have. Eg. Powerful 'big lump' striker 'incoming.' (And some 'top 6' quality players in several positions.) Sounds like Forest battered Huddersfield 0-1. They're the luckiest team in the top 6 by my reckoning. Yet a 3 game winning streak is what they have. We've lost a couple against top 6 following a herculean run. I'm taking stock and eating my bite of reality sandwich. We've come so far, as GaribaldiRed has noted with our current form being the best or nearly best in the league since Cooper took over. But now, he needs some help. Some of his own players. He'll know where the weak spots in his side are by now. He's been in the play offs twice with Swansea. He knows what it takes. The kind of players you need. So, with Dane and Cooper on the same hymn sheet I'm quietly confident we'll pick up several players to take this team to the next level. eg. If you brought in 3 players of "Zinc Man's" quality? You'll storm the top six. I don't think Boro' were great and judging by some spitting feathers tonight (in seeming disbelief at Hudder's luck) then neither were Judders. If that's the best the top 6 has to offer (and we drew with WBA) the top 6 is reachable. Several incisive bits of inspired business should do it. Do it. Dane. Do it. Do it. You know? 'Do it.' *puts head to one side. 'Do it.' We pick ourself up and go again vs Barnie. I'm confident Cooper will double down on the coaching with the full intent of battering Barnsley. Next. SA.

We have to play 3-4-3 every time we go back to a 4 we are crap going forwards and too slow. Spence if poss, Lowe and a Striker which I am not sure who but tbh looks like that's done. So that would be my choices because to go back to scoring and getting the most out of Johno etc we have to be 3 at the back with wing backs to give these attackers space. Plus we play through the thirds so much quicker in that formation.

Also getting Colback back at cm will be massive he had started winning those 2nd balls in midfield before lowes injury and we were have been found lacking in that area again tonight aswell as last 2 games he gets us on the front foot and allows us to transition quickly and get the ball into space behind to spence johnson and lowe when we play a 3-4-3 . Hopefully Davis will give us a focal point that Taylor just doesn’t offer .
