To be played on Saturday 4th December 2021.
On the banks of the River Trent at the world famous City Ground.
Kick off is at 3pm.
I suppose the big question is does Jack Colback come back into the team and if so in which position?

Funny side Peterborough. If they "turn up" they can beat anyone. Their defence has been somewhat leaky and an early goal (as always) would be particularly valuable.
Colback and Yates in middle for me, need to treat Boro with respect. I'm hoping if Bong knows he is starting regularly he will get into a bit of a rhythm and be OK.

I think Garner had his best game of the season on Friday night and feel his selection against Boro is justified.
The conundrum is whether Colback or Bong should play at left back.
I think we could go with a back three and draft in Lolley to act as the LWB
Samba
Worrall, Figs, McKenna
Spence, Yates, Garner, Lolley
Johnson, Grabban, Zinkernagel

Finally some good selection dilemmas in midfield, but age old LB problem returns.
Personally think Colback has been.our best player since Cooper came in and be on teamsheet. Yates, Garner and Ojeda fighting it out to be alongside him.
That said he might go back 4 and shake things up a touch.

A great opportunity to find our form again in front of goal. I am expecting a 4 at the back for this one to enable an extra attacker on the field.

I would like us to go 4-3-3 and get our forwards higher alongside Grabben , play a midfield 3 of yates garner and Ojeda . This would give us legs and also all three can play a forward pass and switch play . if Colback is to play LB i think hes better suited to a 4 .

No Colback at LB. It was a disaster.
I'd play Colback alongside Yates and push Garner forwards.

Cheers Joe. :)
Colback at LB. :O. Bong on the bench. Figs on the bench. Mighten and Car' on the bench. Cafu' and Taylor too. Not a bad bench.
Oj (he of the passing and composure) alongside Yates. Garner further up the field? Zinc Man and BJ on the wings?
